Is this the right course for you?
Being a manager in an Agile environment is a challenging job. On one hand, you know that self-organizing teams are essential in order to succeed. However, on the other hand, it feels uncomfortable to not have full control over the activities that take place.
- Now that the Agile train has started rolling, have you questioned your own position and relevance?
- Are you met with expectations from your peers and employer to stay on top of things?
- Are you being told by your team members to back off and step aside?
Ask Yourself:
What is Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)?
The Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) is the Scrum Alliance educational program for people like you.
It aims to provide you with the best possible frameworks and tools to do the following:
1. Lead the Agile transformation in your organization
2. Foster an Agile culture to achieve high performance
3. Apply Agile principles in your day-to-day interaction with team members
This will help you and your company BE agile instead of just DO Scrum.
Note: The Certified Agile Leadership is a two-level certification program. Upon the successful completion of this 2-day course, participants will earn their CAL-1 certification.
CAL-1 Course Overview:
Our program consists of the following: Participant Preparation, CAL-1 Workshop (2.5-Day), and a Post Training Program. With the inclusion of peer discussion groups as well as the creation of a coaching and personal development plan, agile42 has uniquely designed the Post Training Program to help you achieve two objectives:1. Continue to grow as an Agile Leader
2. Sketch out a possible path leading towards the CAL-2 credential level

Why agile42?
Although the CAL courses are standardized by using the same framework, each program will be different in the way that it is taught by the instructor. As a result, agile42 has taken this framework and combined it with our unique concept of accelerated learning, as well as our years of experience in delivering leadership trainings and working with organizations on developing a sustainable Agile program.About Our Instructors:
agile42 is among the first to deliver the CAL program. Only Scrum Trainers who have been approved by the Scrum Alliance are allowed to deliver this program. All our CAL facilitators have met the following requirements: Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), certified or accredited by a recognized leadership development program, and have proven leadership coaching experience.
